Our world belongs to God
He called it into place
Upholds, renews, controls
With sovereign love and grace
Throughout our earth’s long history
Of God’s created family
All things were done by His decree
Our world belongs to God
He tells us in His word
Of His great covenant love
That many have ignored
But his great anger did not flame
The promised righteous Saviour came
Who paid our debt and cleared our name

We know that one bright day
Each challenge to His rule
